  1. Apologies if this is a stupid question, but I am new to CCTV systems. I have a CCTV installation with a QVIS Atlantis DVR and the system has been set up to record when the cameras detect movement. I have now reached the point where the HDD is full - how do I (a) erase the data that is already on the HDD and (b) configure the HDD to overwrite when the HDD is full to prevent loss of recording? Can anyone also advise whether the QVIS UK cloud system is now up and running? I purchased the system largely on the basis of the cloud storage facility, but this seems to have been down for months and when I called Adata UK they confirmed this was down and could provide no indication as to when the service might be reinstated. Aside from the cloud, what is the best method for backing up data on the HDD to a remote / secure location? Many thanks in anticipation for your patience and assistance. Richard
