About that post about DVRwholesaler, yeah, I also received a letter from them couple weeks ago, and I placed an order through them. Now i have had them tested for about a week or two and I would say the quality is pretty good. I've tested about a 5 Linux based DVRs from other various companies like secumax, but this one is actually the best that I've tested. Probably I'd say, this is the fastest Linux based DVR and the one with the best playback quality. Others were kind of sluggish and somewhat have blurry images. I plan to order some more this week.
