I've been very impressed with iSpy. Free open sourced program that allow Motion censoring, multiple camera, action/reaction type scenarios, scheduling, Email alerts via SMTP, Cloud storage hosted or via other hoster. Mostly for free exception live monitoring on mobile and web apps for 5$ a month. Check it out. It's worth a try. I've been pleasantly impressed.
