    back focusing a cctv camera

    thats great: can someone now tell me where is the iris barrell situated on a cctv camera is this located behind the lens the barrel that the lens is screwed onto?
  2. Hi can anyone tell me how to back focus a vari-focal lenses on a body camera. i know that the best way to do this is with a ND1 neutral density filter during day light hours but how do you actually setup the camera focus? Many thanks
  3. to clear active x settings: go to tools in internet explorer go to internet options go to temporey internet files:settings go to view objects clear all active x settings or delete everything in this folder.

    Hi i have seen 4 core telementry before this is normally for RS232 and 2 cores is usually used for RS485

    if you contact: ezcctv.com 01462 708820 they should be able to get the card upgraded it might cost you now as geovision have now stopped the upgrade program which is pants. as i no they used offer free upgrades

    remote playback / viewlogs

    how old is your card if your can upgrade to version 8.1 then you can down load dmmutliview this allows you access to your viewlog as if you was in front of your system. only thing you cant do is advance search feature you need to open port:5552 i think
  9. the main reason that your active x will not load is you do not have your active x settings enabled. go to: tools internet options security highlight internet custom level click apply there should be about 7 active x settings to enable
  10. does anyone know how to test milli amps at the end of a run using a mutlimeter?
