We love Dahua cams but cant make them work with Synology?

I'm going to set up a new security system in my house. I was planning on purchasing this Dahua NVR: DH-NVR5216 Then I saw this thread about Synology. I own this Synology NAS: DS213j Can I just purchase cameras, like these: HDBW3300, HFW5100C, and SD40212S-HN and control them from my Synology? Or do I need a NVR also? Thanks for any advice anyone could give in setting up a Dahua 16ch security system in my hope with a Synology NAS.
  2. I am putting a new security system in my house. I would like 16ch 1080p and after doing some research, I saw some recommendations for this setup: NVR5216-P 16 Channel 1080p+ 5 Megapixel 1U NVR POE HFW2100 1.3 Megapixel 720p Bullet IP Camera HDB3200C 2.0 Megapixel 1080p Mini Dome IP Camera My questions are: 1. Does this look like a reliable, reasonably-priced setup to use in my house? 2. If not, does anyone have any other suggestions? 3. I notice that the number of NVR channels does not always equal the number of POE ports. Does this mean I can put multiple cameras on a single port? Is there some kind of splitter I would need? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!
