Just buy a 4CH NVR, connect the 4 bulb cameras to this NVR, then you can output to a monitro via HDMI/VGA. -

N means NTSC P means PAL the picture means your NVR is working with PAL, but ip camera is working with NTSC(N), so just click on the "XN", it will change N to P automatically.
