    Decided against it... Am going to do Avtech range of cams as my main line.
  2. It has to be a RAW Hdd fitted in the DVR. Causes probs if it has been formatted before...

    Any HDD will work but reliability is an issue with the cheaper drives

    They use IDE the SV35 series is available in both, SATA & IDE.

    Having sold AVC760's for a while, i would reccomend using either the Seagate SV35 drives or the Western Digital SB series as both of these are there enterprise drives and are designed for always on usage, Unlike standard HDD's that are designed for less usage..
