  1. To reply to my own post, I have just contacted Geovision Support and they have sent a patch and the problem is cured. Hooray!
  2. Has anyone seen this fault [image attached] when attempting to change settings on the Counter/intrusion Alarm facility? Upon receiving this error message>OK> clicking on the Alarm tab just shuts down the whole Geovison app. which promptly reboots. Uninstalling/installing will solve the problem for around 24 hours. My system is Mobo : Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z77-DS3H 3.40 gigahertz Intel Core i7-2600K NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti OS Windows 7 Home Premium (x64)
