HDMIs cooked with Samsung LEDs and HD-SDI DVRs

Dear All, I am having strange problem with the CCTV System I installed at client site with many Samsung LEDs' System board not working and whenever it happens LED and DVR both get problem with their HDMI ... Online UPS, Ground, Spike supressor, Circuit Breakers Installed but still... If anyone could guide the solutoin... I would be thankful.
