I have the Dahua NVR above with two IP smart cameras, and one not so smart but the Smart Plan Light Bulb in the NVR Menu is not visible? No selection for camera or channel. The IVS does function for adding tripwires and intrusion elements but won't function sending alerts and snapshots until I can get the Smart Plan engaged. The message when selecting/engaging Smart Plan is "Not Connected". This is my configuration if anyone knows why I am dead in the water. Thanks... I have paid for and attempted to have Google Play install the ICRSS Pro mobile app over two dozen times with no success? Is there another product that will allow viewing on my Motorola Android or does someone have an ICRSSpro.apk they can offer for me to try to install manually?
