    Hi, It is good practice now to run all your cameras over a minimum of cat5 cable. If you are not sure how to terminate cat5 cable with Rj45 plugs you can buy baluns which only require you to screw in stripped ends of the wires. You need to use a balun on each end of the cat5 cable. Hope this helps. www.dublincctvinstallations.ie
