    I've been struggling with an issue for several days, I originally posted on the Milestone Community Support page but no one was able to answer my question or it's not well trafficked. Here is a rundown of my issue -Added new Lorex LNZ3522 PTZ enabled camera to my Xprotect Essential's server -Using ONVIF drivers I am able to pickup video without a problem and access the cameras built in PTZ preset locations -Here is my issue, when trying to manually pan or tilt the camera from any of the milestone software products, the camera just moves to its stop point. For example, when panning left, the camera will not move a few degrees, instead it will move until the camera hits its stop point. Same thing panning right or up and down. This problem basically negates the idea of having a PTZ camera in my opinion. Sure, I can setup a bunch of presets on the camera and import them into milestone but that does not work well when manually tracking a subject. I've tried changing the COM type, port address, and movable or fixed settings with no real luck. Also, I have tried using other device drivers from milestone, psia conformant device driver seems to have similar results. I'm really hoping someone here can help me because this is really frustrating and I'd like to get it figured out! Thanks in advance for any replies and help!     Hello all, I came to this forum in hope of finding help with a particular issues I've been having, I'll save that for the appropriate forum though. My name is Kevin and I'm currently living in Virginia, in the military, Navy specifically. I initially became involved with IP surveillance years ago when just playing with software. Since then my car and garage were both broken into, on two separate occasions I might add. I decided to setup a small 3 camera system using Milestone Xprotect, I've had a great experience with the software thus far, until my PTZ issue. Anyway, nice meeting everyone in advance, thanks for having me. Kevin
