    Hi I have purchased a Samsung SRN4000 NVR. The problem is that this SRN4000 automatically resets about every one hour and date and time are changed to the factory default values after each reset. I even changed battery of SRN4000 mainboard but the problem was not fixed and there is a battery warning alarm too. Could anyone help me? I am amid start up a project and this problem has hold everything. Thank you and BR
