I have problem with my eptz3000 camera (outdoor) that is controlled by a ekb500 keyboard w/ joystick controller. The problem is that, it seems to stuck its position in idle (meaning cannot be controlled)... and sometimes, it will just rotate 360 degrees without stopping. What i did to make it work back to normal is that I turn it off for about 30-45 mins. and turn it on again... After this, the controller can now control the ptz camera. But after a day or two or when there is power failure in our area, the problem goes back again...

maybe that 700mb size limit could be the problem. anyway, i shall try to use a 1 gb kingston pocket drive(usb) if it works.

hi to all. I have problem when connecting an external HDD(160 GB) enclosed in a 3.5" external drive enclosure(USB), to a EDR810h everfocus DVR's usb slot. It cannot recognize the usb drive when I'm about to copy a recording. I'm needing the HDD to backup the recording and later view it in a PC. But if I'm using a pocket flash drive(512MB usb), it was ok. Got no problem, it copies the recording well.

HI to all, especially to the pros.. I am kuc from Cebu, Philippines. I've been using everfocus DVR and geovision Pc-based sytems for projects in our area. I've done mostly installations and troubleshootings. I think this forum has great info's and best pro's for cctv system. I hope to get along with y'all...
