  1. I'm hoping someone with QVIS IP camera experience can help. I've invested in a QVIS IP camera security system (6 IP cameras and NVR). One of the IP cameras no longer works. It is model CC-EYE 2801. Does anyone know where I can find this particular model in the USA? As an alternative, is there an IP camera with similar specs that is compatible with my QVIS NVR system and can simply replace it? Unfortunately I don't know the protocol that QVIS uses for my NVR system. I do like the GW cameras and their technical support is really great. I have attempted to replace my QVIS camera with a GW but GW's ONVIF protocol is not compatible.
  2. swchoi89, I have a QVIS system but it seems to be an extinct item as I cannot easily buy any replacement. It would be better to purchase cameras you can easily find locally.

    QVIS camera not showing picture

Being a non-technical person, I had to get an installer to troubleshoot and find that the camera is dead. It seems this QVIS camera didn't last very long. Does anyone know if QVIS cameras can be replaced by another third party camera that will also be compatible with my NVR? The camera is CC-EYE 2801 2MP POE. The NVR is QVIS' software. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  4. I have several QVIS cameras and all show video except 1. I've tried to reboot the DVR but no luck. It seems to be disconnected/offline. Maybe the line to this 1 camera is no longer working. Unfortunately, it's not a simple take out wire and replace to test. How would you go about troubleshooting this?
