Anyone able to help please?

Hi I have a ns401 sentinent machine. I have just got a static IP and tried setting it up to view on my devices. I can't get it to work at all. I'm not sure if I've port forward correctly. In the router settings it doesn't let you input the IP address like my old talktalk one did. I'm now with plus net on a samegom 2740 router. Could anyone help please?

hi, I have a sentient ns401 dvr with 2 cameras. all been setup and recording perfectly to the dvr. I want to view it through my ipad but not quite sure what I need to do. i am on talktalk internet which ive read that a few people on bt have problems so hope talktalk is simpliar. could someone tell me the basics or a guide to setup viewing through kviewhd please. thanks
