thus a AVTech 16-channel dvr can support 2tb drive???i replace 500GB for my cctv and it goes well but if 2TB drive no hdd..how come???

i already replace another drive 3 times but the same problem occured

Hi guys! i have 16 channel dvr (AVTech) ..for 2 weeks of recording it goes well ..then afterwards it beeps then reboot,then it displays no hdd.The hdd is 2TB.I configure it completely the overwrite,settings and etc. but still its always reboot then no hdd again.I shut it down for an hour then open it but after 5 mins. i think it beeps and reboot then no hdd again it always keep on doing that..PLs help me for this DVR is still new almost 3 months of using it.i already send it to AVTech authorized technician but the problem is the same after He said that it is okay.. I Hope somebody could help me..I'm waiting for your replies thank you!
