I use Android app and found Hikvision's iVMS-4500 app better than LaView's app (Laview Plus). You should be able to view both systems within the same app (by adding two difference devices in). However, the server ports need to be set different on two NVR. The default value is 8000. You also need to configure your router to forward them appropriately. I recall one of reviews in Newegg's reports this NVR is able to work with generic IP camera. Mic can't be added on the existing camera.
