Hi, I am new in this forum and I am desperate for help, this is my problem:
I have an NVR QT8216-2 from Qsee and its connected to a Huawei HG658d router and I have 9 Hikvision DS-2CD2232-15 cameras connected to a switch Linksys SGE200P with POE.
The problem stars when I connect my internet cable to my NVR, after about 5 seconds the screen goes black and resets, if I turn on the NVR without the internet cable it works perfectly. I already tried changing the internet wires, calling the Qsee fabric and it's the third time they change the device for a new one. I spoke to a support technician for hours and he can't help me find the reason it fails.
