  4. When I access my cctv locally it works, but when I access from phone app (vmeye super) using my modem/router assigned IP address it always says server not available. This is after I set up the port forward to TCP address 80 and or 8080 (http port) 34567 (media port) and also checked if ports were open using canyouseeme.org Can anyone please help.
  5. Please help! I have spent over 5 hours trying to resolve the issue of not being able to view cctv from external access aka internet or the web. Any local access using phone through apps works. List of hardware: Giraffe G4-1300 ( dvr 8 channel 4 cameras internet capable Ethernet connection ) Modem/Router - Prolink H5004N Here is what I have done so far: I have the DVR's IP address set to a static address 192.168.1.101 Checked my IP address which is not static. But I write down new address every time moden gets re booted. Port forwarded TCP 8080 in modem/router. Checked open port check tool and confrmed port 8080 is open with success. Tried access using vmeye super app on multiple phones and devices using the current assigned external IP address my modem assigned with the forwarded open port 8080, yet no access. Please help, is there anything I am missing. I would appreciate your help. Thank YOU in advance.
