Hi Everyone,
I am wanting to place video cameras in my back/side yard that would pick up all the activities in my neighbors back yard. The reason why is they have a history of criminal activity in the neighborhood and I have had property damage on numerous occasions. Other neighbors have filmed them doing illegal things but the local police will not do anything.
So if I have a camera pointed across my property viewing the majority of their back yard and deck area would that be legal in the State of Georgia?
