Hi everyone, so glad to see you here. Is any engineer or quality control person here? I'd like to discuss about the sensor SMT Reflow process quality control issues. There is always problems for factory to control the sensor clearance in SMT Reflow process, usually, we use hand clean and human eyes check if there is any dust on the sensor. However, we found another way to protect the sensor clean during SMT reflow. Which is to put a high temperature resistance film on the sensor. Peel the film off after Reflow oven, there is no adhesive residue left observing under 40 magnification magnifier. Regards sorsfilm.com
