    I am in need of a stand alone system in my home. I have been looking at the avtech/cpcam/nubixLT type DVR. They also offer the ORBIX type DVR. Can anyone tell me who is the orginal manufacturer of ORBIX? Which compression codec is better MPEG4 or JPEG 2000? Which offers better network control? (The DVR will be in a remote location, so all control will be via the network). Are there different DVR solutions? (not looking for PC bases solutions) Thanks, S
