    Remote access issues

    Fairly new to the CCTV world so hello everyone. Ive installed an IP system and everything works great with the exception of remote access. Its fine when I'm on LAN and I can access the system through DNS after getting the port forwarding correct but not using any apps Its an SPRO system (SPIPNVR04) with 4MP Cameras. It suggests using their app which is called ISS Mobile/Cloud. Ive tried everything I can think of but no success. Any help appreciated.
