  1. I have a Samsung Techwin SNH-E6411BN/AJ purchased on 12th March 2016. As i had written into cs@samsungsv.com for assistance due to my camera suddenly malfunctioning since a firmware update to v1.01 on 22/23 June 2016. This model ending 'AJ' is "not supported" as informed to me by Issac from (USA) RMA Center for Samsung's B2C Security Products. The camera (1) was functioning perfectly for 3months, on the same spot which is beside the TV, next to the router. This firmware update was done via wifi. The list of camera errors (since firmware update) which i have noticed. 1) Lens/IR keeps flashing on/off. 2) Event alerts keeps on alerting on Lens/IR flashes but sometimes doesn't even record movement in the area as an "event". 3) The settings keeps changing e.g. "status LED" constantly turns on despite the fact that i change it to 'off' multiple times a day. The local retailer (Convergent Sg) from which I purchased this item, did replace a new unit for me on 1st July 2016. Whilst I was at their office in Singapore, their technician tried to do a firmware update and although the system showed there was a new version v1.02, it did not update successfully. He tried multiple times on 2 new units for 1.5hours. Eventually he gave me 1 of the 2 new pieces he had opened and i brought that home, placed it in the same spot and re-setup the camera. This camera (2) functioned properly until July 8th when it failed to create an Event Log for the entire day despite multiple events occurring in front of it. Following which i thought it was time to attempt to update the firmware to v1.02. This time i disabled the wifi, plugged in the camera (via the cat6 cable in the box) directly to the router, checked the broadcasted footage before and after, and even waited several minutes after the firmware upgrade before reconnecting the camera via wifi. Since July 9th 2016 1) Lens/IR keeps flashing on/off (i.e. sufficient daylight, camera turns the IR on and the off again; insufficient daylight, camera tries to turn the IR on sometime unsuccessfully for over 2mins; at night insufficient light, camera turns off the IR and turns on the IR again later) 2) The settings keeps changing e.g. "status LED" constantly turns itself on despite the fact that i change it to 'off' multiple times a day. If anyone can help or can give me some suggestions, it would be fantastic. I have tried: a) Resetting the camera as new b) Re-formatting the MicroSD card c) Turning off the power to let the camera rest for almost 24 hours d) Lowering the 'sensitivity' levels for motion & audio detection
