    Update - took the motherboard out of the unit and on the underside it is identified as dvr-mb-165 (a) Also contacted the company (in India) for support and have had no response.

    Trying to fix problems with a SAV-DH5614 (model turns up nothing) 4 channel inputs, one output, 2 usb and one vga output (plus power) Serial: 220922099 ID: vKJHgz Pictures are attached, any help is greatly appreciated. Any way to physically reset this box on the motherboard?- I had a look and tried removing the battery for a while but to no avail. Syllamo
