Hi all, I had a 2 cam hd system installed recently. The installer routed the wires thru my widow rather than the bricks. And he left the cables connecting it all as shown in the photo; which is terrible as when i am cleaning the cams can get knocked off. Also he is not returning my calls to come back and fix it all. My questions are: How can the connections from cams to dvr be strenghened Can i try to get any of my money back for the bodge job
