hello everyone, Kindly help to resolve this issue: I troubleshoot an 8cameras system (8 analog cameras) and discovered 4 cameras bad, I went to buy 4 AHD cameras (for replacement) but they refuse to work with d dvr while d other existing 4 analog cameras are working. I was told d AHD camera can only work with AHD DVR, To solve d problem, I bought AHD DVR , but having another issue. My connection goes thus: Analog cam on channel 1, 2, 3 and 5, AHD cameras on channel 4 and 6. I have used a separate power (close to d camera) for the AHD cameras so loss is not an issue. Other cameras also have enough current. Observation: If no AHD cameras are on, channel 1,2,3 and 5 (which are analog) will work. If u switch off cameras 1,2,3, and 5, camera 4 and 6( Which are AHD) will work and if u switch on camera 1,2,3 and 5 while 4 and 6 are on, only two cameras ( 1 & may be 2) will show . meaning only 4 cameras come on/display on the ahd dvr at a time, either d 4 analog or two analog and two AHD cameras. This seems strange to me, what could be d problem and how do I solve it. Thanks
