I got the call to help a customer get an old DVR online and viewable with an app. I have no idea of make or model but I've seen several of these over the years and been able to get working by opening some ports, config newddns, and superlive plus app. But this DVR has a built in dns called easterndns. Never heard of before but I was able to get an acct and setup. The only issue I have is the DVR will not show up in superlive plus app. Is there an app that will work for this? I did confirm I can see the DVR online by using my phone and going to a browser. It's the same page that shows up with another DVR that is exactly the same but uses newddns and works in superlive plus. I attached screenshot.
