  1. i have the same problem all i can think is its a security update that virgin have done but they dont seem to know how to get round it all they said to me was to put the superhub on modem mode and get a new router

    Hi all I’m new here help me if you can I have a cnm secure DVR and use meye2 on my phone If I am on WiFi on the home network it’s fine but If I am away from home on 4g it can’t connect It used to but when I changed to the new super hub2 from virgin it seems to have stopped working
