    Hi to all! Pls help me to look for the latest firmware of HIKVISION DS-7832N-K2. Can't find it in HIKVISON website and hik europe download portal. my current version is V3.3.11 build 160204. or is there other way to connect to EZVIZ or HIKConnect without upgrading? Thanks in advance for helping!

    don't know how to contact supplier. because this one is a gift from a friend. he bought this when he went to china.
