I need help and I just joined so I have no idea if I am posting in the right place. My sons daycare has cameras and they use the iDMSS Lite app. They gave me all the info to set it up and I am able to watch my son in the morning until about 9am then when I try to get in later it says same user has already logged on. The daycare has no idea, the daycares IT guy for the cameras has no idea and I’m getting annoyed. I want to see my son. Also there was a day where I was able to watch all day and when I went to pick my son up they said the cameras didn’t work all day for them...can any help me?
