    Im looking for an outdoor wireless system, I do NOT want cloud but prefer DVR. I need cameras good down to -20F reliable. Good wirelss dependable range. Been searching online, lots of options. I do not want to pay for subscription. Looking for 4-8 camera system. any advise greatly appreciated. THanks
