    i got this new ip cam that needs the rtspvideoplugin.exe installed to work in IE activeX browser. The camera login page shows a link to https://pan.baidu.com/s/12NkLpakXD-URxPamzHSKug but you need a baidu account to access it. Ive tried to create a baidu account wihtout success (I'm not in china). Does anyopne have this file they can share with me plz. THANKS>
