    I had the second code and it didn't work. I tried the first one you gave me and that also did not work. Also this is a grey market recorder, does that make a difference?

    So my NVR has a strart date that may have reset the bios. here's the info Ser# DS-7608NI-E2/8P0820160225AARR576119106WCVU start date: 1970-05-26 17:25:18 Any help for it?
