Hello guys Im having trouble connecting my camera using the software Smart PSS, im using the method NS (P2P) but is not working in my computer i always get the error "Failed to connected serial number" I'm not sure what i am doing wrong since I can connected using my ISP address, and i also using SN in my iphone without any issues. Hopefully somebody has any hints to solve this issue as is giving me hard time. Thanks a lot!
