Hi thanks for assist I have just tried the default password you provided on admin user but says invalid password. there is also a user 888888 tried that password with that and still no joy. with regard to the hard drive - the system I think had a 1tb installed when they fitted the system. Cheers

Hi everyone I was hoping for some assistance. I am trying to access some video on my Qvis I-Smart 4bb DVR. This system was set up by someone I cannot get in touch with and when I tried to access the menu I got the password required. However, I cannot remember the password. I have tried the default Admin admin, but no Joy. anyone able to offer a reset or recovery password - today's date is 03-04-2019? Thank you in advance
