HDD TOSHIBA 5T - THE SIZE IS NOT READ CORECTLY

HELLO, THIS IS MY FIRS POST... I buy a Toshiba HDD 5TB, seccond HDD for my sistem. I put on my Navaio DVR and surprize... the DVR see that the hdd have only 561GB(0,5TB) not 5000GB( 5 TB). I try to format it but the format dont finish.
