    Can you see video feed from the EB1304 unit? Do you have a successful link? Then in Cm3000 software there is a receive alarm option under alarm setup. Make sue it is ticked.

    Good Day What firmware you running on the EB1304MD? Make sure you've got the latest firmware on the dvr. This may sort out your trouble.
