    Im having a problem with my Hikvision DS-2DE5184-A Dome Camera. I just bought it from eBay and the condition of the device is manufacturer refurbished. I already set its network parameters up using the SADP tool. And it but when I add the device to the IVMS 4200, it says: "HCNetSDK.dll[7]. (Connecting device failed. The device is offline or the Network timed out.)"
