    Hi all I have the ds-2ce72uf3t-e 4k camera I've fitted it and was working fine, accidentally changed the setting to 3k in the camera itself and now have lost picture just says no video, anyway of resetting this as the camera has no buttons on it, the dvr is a 7209 huhi-k2

    hi all im trying to reset the password of this ip camera customer nvr broke and I have replaced it with hikvision, I wondering how do we go about resetting the password for the qvis amb series camera as there is no reset button on the inside or the outside of the camera , I have tried the config tool which picks up the camera serial number and firmware version but wont let me change anything on it as it says the password is incorrect, I have tried all default password and customer cant remember any passwords
