  1. No I only rebooted the cctv system. Do I need to reboot my router also? I've just rebooted my router. After installing the xmeye app, it still says device already exists.
  2. I recently rebooted my cctv system as there was a problem with one of the cameras. Since then my xmeye app on my Samsung will not work. I have uninstalled it, cleared cache, etc. Each time I install the app, it says the device already exists. I have always logged in using local login, as this is what my cctv installer advised. I have been using the app successfully for over 12 months until the reboot.
