I am installing my first Bosch DiBos system tomorrow including software on remote PC's on site is there any advise on setting this up. I have been looking through the manuals tonight, dosn't look to bad but time will tell! I have manly been using DM DS2 machine's and the odd Samsung and Videoswitch up to now along with Adpro fast trace (don't like that much). Any advice greatly received. Cheers Mick

Hi there. My name is Mick Rayner I work for a small Security company in Norwich UK We have just inherited a site down in Southampton at one of the Inchcape car dealerships. I have found that the someone possible the engineer/company that managed the site before us has put passwords/pin numbers on the unit on all 3 levels by the look of it, and we now need to get in to download an incident for the police ASAP. is there any way to connect using telnet or whatever and removing the passwords whilst on site as we don't really have the time to visit site remove the unit and ship it off to DM. I have done a search on the forum but not found anything that I belive will help apart from one for a disk problem, saying connect via Serial 1 press esc 3 times then Enter but I dont seem to get the same prompt come up I get *> then all it says is not logged in Hope someone can help Thanks Mick
