    Diagonal Lines

This topic has been discussed before in the forum and have tried all the troubleshooting procedures mentioned to his post without any success. I have eight (8) cameras (WBox) which are hardwired via RG-6U and BNC connectors. There is just one camera that has diagonal lines. I have direct connected the camera to the DVR (EX-SDI) and the camera works fine using 1080@30P TVI. I have tested the outside connection lines for continuity and they are working. So here are the troubleshooting procedures I have tried: Replaced all the BNC connectors. and tried all modes: AHD, TVI , CBS and EX-SDI modes. All modes still display the diagonal lines but the best mode is TVI because the color is reinstated. Then I placed RF chokes on the camera side as well as a ground loop; still have the lines. Tested for power at the camera end which read 12.4 volts. Placed an inline filter on the DVR; still have lines. Tested with a second camera with the exact same results. What have I missed?
  2. I purchased an EX-SDI Magic-QX16 DVR for my security system MAC 00:09:1B:2A:28:F4; IP 192.168.1.240. The vendor who installed the device lacked to write down or convey the password for the DVR. I have tried hundreds of permutations to access the device and default passwords. I have also tried DVR password generators and there is no reset switch on the exterior of the device. However, I need to preserve the existing recorded data while trying to solve this problem
