  1. Hi guys, newbie here. I got a annke ip cctv system 4k, 8mp, 5 cctv cameras. It works great but i cannot for the life of me sort out a playback issue on my mobile phone so I'm asking for help. I can view live footage on my phone no problem at all but the minute I get a notification of motion detection it will not play. Motion detection set up on nvr. Camera detects motion and correctly sends a notification to my phone. I grab my phone and load the annke app to see that every time it acknowledges the detection but will not play the footage. Now my system is a 4k 8mp 5 x camera system so I guess that means a lot of info the system is trying to upload and send to my phone so I get where the problem may be. Now I'm a complete noob so know very little but from what I have read it would assist if I could reduce the substream parameters to play back in lower quality to allow streaming to be easier. My question is , is this correct? If I reduce the substream parameters from 4k would my system still record footage in 4k but play it back to my phone in lower quality ? If that's the case what settings should I set substream to ?? Please remember I know nowt ???!!! Thanks y'all.
