    We have DS-7616NI-K2 DVR and need to reset admin password. We use SADP tools to get information of DVF: SN : 1620170607CCRR775627232WCVU Start Time : 2020-12-22 17:44:57 Software version : V3.4.93build 170408 I tried to retrieve the key with Hikvision support but no response. Please, can someone help us find the reset code and how to do it? Regard.
