I need urgent help to solve a blocking problem for a panasonic wj-hd316A CCtv that goes into alarm state after giving me the H-METER error, I already did what the user manual says regarding that error and only what I achieve is that the alarm is activated and it is blocked with a permanent sound, change the internal disks and format in normal state ..... what else can I do, please help, and excuse my English.
