Hello, I am at my wits end with this door. I have an electronic hinge that is shorting out against a steel frame. I have tried replacing the hinge, replacing the wire running through the door the the electrified lockset, replacing the cable running to the hinge, and verified the lockset does not short out by taking it to the panel and firing it from there. Any ideas? Thanks!
