    Hi, I have setup VTO2000A-C with VTH5241DW master and 5 extensions It's all mostly working using the original firmware including with keypad and card reader modules Current issues: 1) The Chinese English voice is hopeless and so I had to disable it 2) The VTH5241DW shows two locks but there is only one. I cannot find a way to disable the suprious second lock? 3) I really wanted 7 extensions (so 8 VTH5241DW in total). The latest VTOs seem to support 10 VTH monitors Does anyone know: 1) Does anyone know how to get rid of the second spurious lock which confuses users? 2) Is there a "safe" combination of English firmware updates for these devices that might address the above issues Many Thanks Lateralleap
