    Yes, system was installed by a "professional" company who said it was too complicated to set a PC to monitor the system I eventually found the user manual for the software and got the default password. It then took me about 30 minutes to set up the system as I wanted it. Thanks for all the help recieved.

    Tried that but it connects to the server but wrong password

    Just installed the software but it is asking for a user name and password.

    Many thanks for that. I have the recorders IP address but am unable to access. Error says " Server not ready"

    I have just had installed a 2 camera system connected to a TD-2704NS-HC Recorder connected to a SamsungTV. I would like to be able to monitor the system from my Windows 10 PC. The installer is being less than helpfull. Says they can install software on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and iPads but not on a PC. Can anyone help me in achieving my aims. Regards, Iain
